Duration: 3 – 6 Months (renewable based on performance)

TeenAlive is an organization committed to improving the well-being of children and adolescents through programs focused on Child Protection, Gender-based Violence (GBV)prevention, Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS), Education, and Health. Through community engagement and partnerships, TeenAlive works to build resilient and empower communities.
Position Summary
TeenAlive is seeking to recruit two (2) motivated and passionate volunteers to support program implementation in the North West Region. The volunteers will contribute to field activities, community engagement, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of project activities at community level
- Assist in organizing trainings, awareness campaigns, and outreach activities
- Participate in data collection and reporting processes
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the field office
- Engage with children, adolescents, and community stakeholders respectfully and professionally
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related fields
- Strong interest in humanitarian and development work
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and in challenging environments
- Knowledge of the North West context is an added advantage
- Prior volunteer or internship experience is an asset
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft word, excel
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
